When you suffer from spinal issues, going to the chiropractor can be a daunting and necessary task.
The hard part is finding an effective and trustworthy chiropractor, who believes in communicating and educating his patients. Your spine health is one of the most important parts of your body. Good spine health is imperative to good overall health.
Think about the healthy people you know – now, think about their posture. You’ll probably notice that the majority of noticeably healthy people in your life have good posture. Your spinal cord is essentially the telephone wiring of your body. Your spine helps your brain and body communicate by working as a pathway of impulses.
When you touch something hot, your spinal chord sends signals to the brain of “hey, don’t do that! It hurts!” Right now, my brain is sending impulses of “hey, I need to move my fingers to type this blog,” which is then transmitted through my spine to type this message. Ineffective blood flow, posture, and spinal connection can affect your health on a holistic level.
This is why it’s important to go to routine adjustments at the chiropractor – not only to treat spinal issues, but also to prevent further problems down the line. No one is more passionate about spine health than Dr. Nguyen at Val Chiropractic.
Dr. Nguyen provides science-backed and patient-focused chiropractics. His passion for chiropractics leads him to continually hone his skills and knowledge as a provider. Beyond his qualifications and training, his mission statement is for the patient to be fully content with their treatments.
Dr. Nguyen is a down to earth professional, and I assure you that you will feel comfortable the moment you step in his office! He’s easy to talk to during your session, so that you can take your mind off the treatment. He also explains what he’s doing, and why he uses certain tools and techniques to work the pain out. Dr. Nguyen is trained in sports medicine and is also an active athlete himself, so he understands the ins and outs of muscle strains and joint pain.
He also doesn’t believe in pressuring patients into pursuing more treatments, if they’re not comfortable with his service. Not to mention, he will only suggest further treatments when it’s absolutely necessary for the patient’s spinal health. Otherwise, he will suggest exercises and therapy for patients to pursue at home. His awareness of the patient’s experience leads him to respect your appointment times, so you’re not wasting time in his waiting room.
Not only is Dr. Nguyen a courteous professional, but his entire staff is cordial and considerate, as well. A friend of mine was suffering from really bad tension headaches that caused her horrible migraines.
After taking a visit to Val Chiropractic, she learned that the root of her headaches was in her neck and shoulders. Her posture was too stooped over, which was putting an extra strain on her neck, which then hindered the ability of circulation to her brain, leading to cluster headaches. After a few more adjustments and working on exercises at home to take care of her spine, she was able to relieve the pain causing her misalignments.
When it comes to supporting a small business, it’s always better to go to one who is passionate about helping the community. Dr. Nguyen supports the foundation of our community by supporting our spinal columns.
