No one likes surprises when it comes to medical bills. At Contemporary Dental Arts, we understand that many patients have fixed incomes. That’s why we make sure that we extensively explain your financial options to you prior to any treatment. After your consultation with Dr. Cooper, you’ll receive a diagnosis, treatment options and a written estimate for the cost of your recommended procedure. We want you to feel confident about the cost of your treatment, so we encourage you to contact our staff if you have questions.
This varies from case to case, but they can range from $1000-$5000. We know that dental implants are one of the pricier cosmetic treatments, and it’s hard to meet when you’re on a tight budget. That’s why we offer financing options. Dental implants are a long-term investment that will be with you for the rest of your life.
For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards including; Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will always do their best to help you get the most out of your insurance benefits. We would also be happy to assist you in filling out your insurance forms and submitting them to your insurance company.
However, please be aware that amounts provided by our staff members are estimates based upon the information available to us at the time of your appointment. The cost that your insurance covers is solely dictated by your insurance company, and unfortunately, we can’t aid in helping with that amount.
As a courtesy, we send our patients a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond to claims in four to six weeks. If you have questions about this amount or do not receive a statement within this timeframe, please call our office.
You should also be aware that once your insurance carrier has paid your claim, any amount remaining will be due upon receipt of our billing statement.
Please note, it’s our policy to collect your insurance co-pay before your appointment, and you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
If you live in the San Jose, CA area and beyond, call our staff today to find out other ways you can finance your dental implants. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be taken care of before the procedure.
